CINOC is a family of churches, transformed by Christ, revealing God’s kingdom.
Every church has a God-given mandate—a unique calling to which they need to respond. CINOC is dedicated to equipping our churches with the tools they need to be healthier congregations, assisting them in flourishing in the calling that God has placed on them.
Whether a church is dealing with change, has an idea for a new missionary initiative, or is seeking new ways to connect with its neighbors, CINOC journeys alongside its family of churches with coaching, training, prayer, and resources.

Whether our churches are looking for board resources, ways to mentor the next generation or seeking ways to discern their vision and mission, CINOC has resources to help keep our family of churches healthy so that they can flourish in their calling.

In response to the Great Commission, CINOC supports its churches as they reach out in mission. Through grants, training opportunities and new initiatives, CINOC equips its churches to share the Gospel in their neighborhoods and beyond.

Like a healthy plant, a healthy church grows. Sometimes that growth means starting a new church plant or bringing new life into an existing congregation by replanting. CINOC is committed to the multiplication of God’s kingdom through church planting.
